“I am so grateful to Dr. Kimberley Daxon and her incredible staff, whose patience and tenacity are the reason I am able to smile.
I got my first set of upper dentures and a partial about ten years ago. I was experiencing the dentures flipping and the partial would release and end up in any food I was eating. I was made a second set of uppers which were minimally better. I wore these, believing I just was having an especially hard time getting used to dentures. I was still unconvinced they couldn’t be better so I went to another professional, who specialized in dentures and was made yet another pair. I continued to have trouble with the seal, so eating was an issue and I couldn’t wear the partial because of its movement. Absolutely no amount of paste or powder would hold them.
Yes, I tried one more before I met Dr. Daxon. He got closer than everybody else, but this wasn’t his specialty. I was made another set of uppers and a partial and they were pretty good. I must confess that apparently I have a fairly flat palette, so even though they worked, with my mouth closed there was no room for my tongue. I was in the habit of wearing them only in the company of other people. I’d put them in my lap to drive home from work and not plan activities that took longer than six hours.
I met Dr. Daxon and her staff when I needed help and my Dentist wasn’t available. I shared with her my story and my disappointments. She consulted with my Dentist and he thought it would benefit me to let Dr. Daxon try. She offered to make a new set because she felt she could improve the situation. She was so compassionate, I believed her and am so happy I did.
One of the problems I encountered before meeting Dr. Daxon was I knew I had a limited amount of time to succeed with each set of denture, you could see the frustration on each professional’s face after doing their best and spending insurmountable amounts of time trying to make it work. This is something I never noticed with Dr. Daxon. She and the staff that surrounds her were the most caring and patient, competent people I have met. We were able through Dr. Daxon’s knowledge and expertise to iron out all the flaws and use a very thin material, in the uppers, so I have room for my tongue. My new partial doesn’t move and the upper needs no paste or powder, even when eating.
Ten years and five or six uppers and a couple of partials and I finally have comfort and success: Thanks to Dr. Daxon and the Staff.”

“My 74 year old mother, Irene, was battling ovarian cancer and was loosing her teeth because of chemotherapy treatments. She was told her only options were expensive bridge work or having the tooth pulled which would have left a gaping whole in her huge Hugarian smile. That smile had warmed the hearts of countless sick and frightened children, as Irene had been a pediatric nurse in the Melbourne area for over 25 years. She was distraught over the idea of having the extraction.
Dr. Grundset heard of her case from his dental assistant, Patti and he insisted on seeing Irene’s x-rays. Soon after, we went in for a “look”, which turned into a procedure and in about an hour, Irene’s damaged tooth was beautifully repaired. Her smile was absolutely radiant again!

From the very first visit to Dr. Kimberley Daxon I have been treated with the greatest amount of care. With my case being as difficult as it is, Dr. Daxon and her office have made every effort to make sure that I was progressing with my treatment.
