Reserved Appointment FAQs

At Daxon Dentistry, we reserve time specifically for you so that our team can focus all of their attention and resources on your particular dental needs. We limit the number of patients we see and reserve appointment times so that we can create the best possible treatment experience aimed to get you healthy.

Where do I park?
Complimentary parking is offered in the parking garage adjacent to our office, also known as The Plaza. The entrance is located on 1st Street NE. Once in the parking garage, go to the 1st floor and cross the brick alley to enter the lobby, then take the elevator to the 11th floor. Please bring your parking ticket to your appointment to have it validated at the front desk.

How long will my appointment take?
Each appointment scheduled at Daxon Dentistry is aimed at ensuring the appropriate amount of time to provide the level of care you need, so each appointment is different. When you schedule your appointment, our Treatment Coordinator will be happy to tell you how much time to allot for your dental appointment.

How long will I have to wait at your office to be seen?
Our team values your time and we make it a priority to stay on schedule. Arriving on time is critical to receiving the individualized time for your specific needs. Occasionally, the patient the chair is requiring more time than anticipated, therefore there may be a delay in your appointment. We do our best to notify you in advance of any delays.

What do I need to do if I need to reschedule?
Things happen. We understand that you may need to reschedule your reserved time with us, but please give other patients the courtesy of your appointed time by giving us a 48-hour notice, otherwise a broken appointment fee may be incurred.

Financial & Insurance FAQs

Another set of commonly asked questions about our dental services include financial and insurance questions. Below are some of the most common questions, but don’t forget, if you don’t see your question answered here please contact us or give us a call at (727) 282-1970. We would love to hear from you!

Does Daxon Dentistry have financing options?
We focus on helping dentistry fit into our patients’ financial circumstances. There are many ways to make dentistry affordable. Together we will decide what the best way to help you obtain your goals and tailor all payments to your specific needs.

What dental insurance carriers do you accept?
At Daxon Dentistry, we are here to be your partners and health coaches. We often find that insurance companies dictate decisions that take away your control of your own health care choices and get in the way of us being partners. Therefore, we are considered to be an out of network provider but will help you maximize your dental benefits as much as possible. It is important to us that there are no financial surprises, so please don’t hesitate to ask if you are unsure of how we work with your insurance company.

How much will my appointment cost?
You can always expect transparency and open communication from our team. We will let you know in advance what your health investment will be and are happy to help you make a special arrangement of payment if necessary.

How do I file my claim with my insurance company?
We make this simple! Our team is happy to file and attach the necessary information you need to pay your claim and send it to your insurance carrier. Please make sure to bring your dental insurance card with you to your visit.
